Migrating to v2

The full guide lives with the v2 documentation: Migrating from v1. In short:

1. Ask an administrator for a Platform API token. v1 tokens do not work on v2.
2. Replace me, get-stats, get-trees and get-projects with their v2 successors, and page with cursors instead of page numbers.
3. Move everything that bought or gifted trees to the Foundation and to recipients in v2.
4. Subscribe to webhooks instead of polling.
5. Drop the emission figures from your reports.

Keep v1 running next to v2 while you migrate. Both read the same company, so the numbers match.
