The legacy woodyou.care API. Deprecated, but it keeps working until its end date.

API v1 is deprecated

v1 keeps working at https://woodyou.care/api/v1 with the same responses as before, but nothing new is added and it will be switched off. Every current user receives an end date personally. Build new integrations on API v2 and use the migration guide for existing ones.

API v1 is the JSON API of the old woodyou.care shop. Since the WoodYouCare Platform replaced the shop, v1 answers from the Platform:

Reads keep working. me, get-stats, get-trees and get-projects return the same shape as before. Trees you bought through the shop keep their WYC... ids and coordinates; trees that came in through the WoodYouCare Foundation appear as one row per allocation.
Writes are gone. Buying trees, gifting trees, vouchers, products, cancelling orders and delivery calculations answer 410 Gone. Donating happens at the Foundation; assigning trees to your customers happens in v2. See Removed endpoints.
