The number of trees of an allocation changed, for example after a refund or a correction by the Foundation. previous holds the old values.
Delivered as a POST to every enabled endpoint that subscribes to allocation.updated, signed with the WoodYouCare-Signature header (see the Webhooks guide). Answer with any 2xx status within 10 seconds.
