List certificates GET

Certificates of your company, newest first: the company certificate and the personal ones. Filters: `type`, `recipient`, `project`, `updated_since`, `created_since`. Scope: `certificates:read`.

List webhook endpoints GET

Webhook endpoints of your company. `secret` is never included here. Scope: `webhooks:manage`.
